Hi guy's I seem to have lost my Beaufighter sound. The Blenheim has sound but also the Halifax is silent. I've tried several motor.bristol-mercury.prs files but not one works properly. Any suggestions??

Hopefully this isn't a big problem as I've nearly finished four new early Beaufighters for UI1.3.

Bingo! there's your problem.

I had the same problem with SAS's buttons files installed. You will need to install there.... err sounds adder thingy fixer. Cant remember the name of it. OR go back to our buttons and disable their mods.

What you do is:

1. "save" your current UI 1.2 presets someplace,
2. then install the SAS default presets
3. overlay your UI 1.2 presets onto the SAS presets.

That way, any presets that you are missing from UI 1.2 will be filled in by the SAS presets.

Hi guy's thanks for the info,

@HH_cipher Thats a difficult decision; there's no AAA button file that supports the 4.09 patch. I also found out that in an older version of Il-2 which I koied before 4.09 the Beaufighter didn't have sound either, so perhaps its an 'older' problem. With their 2.1 button the Blenheim was silent also.

@Panama Red I try the 1.2 prs files tomorrow.
