Is it possible to add lines to the Ground Control section in the Communications Menu?

I would suggest these ones:

"Request Priority For Landing"
In this case, the Control Tower will order all the other planes to go around until the player lands. Usefull if the player's aircraft is badly damaged or very short of fuel when approaching the base.

"Vector to Flight"
Control Tower will direct the player to his Flight without using the unrealistic MiniMap. That's to be used when the player has lost visual contact with his Flight during a mission.

If anyone here has ever played BoB2 Wings of Victory, then the air to ground and air to air messages are really well modelled in that game. The best immersion factor in BoB2 is, after a sortie, when you say 'well done chaps, the drinks are one me: let's wake them up at home!'. +1 to anything like this being modelled in il-2

I didn't think that anyone actually followed the controller's orders and go around again!
I just go in and land...sometimes just beside another plane as if we were a pair.

You got it fred. In Il-2 I get to do what I can't do in real life, just ignore those stupid controllers and land anyway. You won't get your certificate suspended and no one gets hurt. Heck, you can even land opposite direction or in any direction (on the big grass flying fields) or on any runway. Wow what freedom!

i rember in the demo for il-2 original, at the end of attack, some one would say something like, Great job, just like in the movies, lets go home, or something. i whonder what happed to that.
