+1, yes

If your flight mates say and shout all kind of things when are wounded or hit, why not yourself or the rest of your crew?

my opinion is, that you are the pilot and YOU are screaming, when you are wounded (not why it hurts, but why you are angry)... the mod can be maybe made for the gunners and copilots, but I think not for the pilot you are playing..

the game is a simulator and not a movie

It would only be correct for the player. In reality, you would only be able to hear your team mates scream if they had their RT on open.

If it is well done, why not. But i'm afraid that it sound ridigilous if some teenager makes the screams with Fake german Like OUCH I will zie! I'm hit in ze azz
Actually we used to DO that when we played Battlefield 1942 at LAN:S. OMFG!

You could always just record yourself breathing and have it play as in-flight music.

I was just in a serious car crash and had my ribs smacked and my hands torn up... Here's what you "Say"..... "AGGggggggGGgggggghhhhhhhahaaaaaahhhhhhh" or something to that effect. When seriously hurt, not a lot of word formation is going on!

I remember reading an account by a B24 pilot who had to ask his navigator to disconnect their wounded waist gunner from the intercom because no one could get anything said while they were listening to him over the intercom.

Such is true. If you heard a fighter pilot scream, it would be (like in this case) because he had his intercom on open and he was the only one broadcasting
