I've wondered that myself. What is the medium? Is that an actual oil print that has been scanned or is it graphical designed? Are screenshots incorporated, or is it all by hand?

I asked Jura to produce that painting for my Fortress Malta campaign so the 109 and Spitfire skins are included in the skinpack of that campaign , the 109 is by FBS the Spitfire is by Kristorf.
