Hello,
Download aaa mod 1.1 in Windows XP Runs great. Now have Win7 Pro. IL2 works, but the AAA mod will only load to 20%.. Is this because of the "new" OS not reading/loading the AAA mod? Or is there a patch for the new Win7 OS. Worse case is I have a clone of XP before upgrading to Win7 and can throw in that HD with the AAA mod when I want to.

Im on win7 rc, no problems, running any of it
My guess, would be, that you might have a corrupt file in your down load.
To test, right click number 2 RAR, open, if you have win rar, 2nd or 3rd icon on the top, test
check your compatibility.
right click, il2....compatibility mode

Thanks for the reply, I will try as you have suggested. It is crazy, Been doing a clean install, 4.07 run great in Win7 mode, but having problems with 4.08, crashes IL2. It is a pain loading and reloading until I get it right. Lol
Funny, I know XP like the back of my hand and learning the new OS has given me a headache. What is real funny thing is that I am a computer engineer, so you would think I would be able to figure all of this out

I really found the switch to 7 pretty easy,
the 64 bit, was new to me.
but looking back.... I get pc maximum mag.
and every month, and there web, had lots on 7
I read, and tried, I found it fun!
Just an FYI...I just did all clean installs of IL2
for 409 and ui 1.2
as long as my downloads, tested clean, including Ubi, I had zero glitch's
But of course, that was after hours of BS, cause I didn't test.
But I didn't get stoppages, just a messed up game!
I hope you get it worked out.
