Ok Guys bear with me.
I have a picture I would like to put in my main game loading screen. The problem is that I have read every post in this forum about how to do this and believe when I tell I tried it. and the game still will not show it. I think that somewhere in the modded game there's a file blocking me from adding this picture. Can someone please give me clear and easy understandable instructions on how to change my Main Loading screen please. I used the mod for the gui and still nothing happens. I read that there are a couple of places you can put the picture.
So I just need someone to explain to me in layman's terms how to change my .Jpg into a .tga file thats meets the specifications to show up in game and does the .mat file have anything to do with my picture showing up in the game. If so how do I create one of those...
I consider myself excellent with computers and graphic art programs but for the life of me I can't get this damn thing to work. Thanks for any help with this.
