Supermarine Spitfire Mark XVI, on display at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in Mcminnville, Oregon. Cockpit pictures were taken by my Dad. The rest were taken by me. I went to the bathroom and came back and found out a Museum Volunteer let my Dad and I hop across the line and take close up's of the Spitfire and the 109 right next to it.
Enjoy.
Blue Skies,
Wonderful pics ... too bad you did not get any of the beauty behind it
Oh, I did. I'll be posting those later.
Blue Skies,
Ooooooohhhhhh!!!!!
Very Nice!!!
I've been to that museum before, its built around the largest seaplane ever built the "Spruce Goose". I got to go in inside the B-17 that is on display there I have to say seeing a 17 for the first time I didn't think it was as small as it is.
The seat in the spitfire is a little wet... Accident? 8)
Many thanks man, I am currently working on (at least temporary) Spitfire MkXVI pit for Team Aviator's Spit MkXVI pack
