Guys,
When I try to change my icons, sytem (Win XP) says : "there are no icon files in the folder".
What am I doing wrong then?
I have extracted all icon files into new folder "Icons" on the desktop.

BTW, for Win 7 useful utility "Ultimate Windows Tweaker" ( remove shortcut arrow , prefix ... among other things)

Tweaker also works for VISTA. Thanks for poining this out...I hated all those stupid Icon shortcut arrows, which served no purpose whatsoever.
