Everytime I download a mod it doesn't show in my Il-2 Sturmovik 1946, So basically I cannot fly in any downloaded plane....

Well,have you added the .ini files and the ru.properties? And placed the plane`s file in the mods folder? If not here`s a guide on how to do it
First
lace the plane`s folder ( for example Swordfish MK.1) in the MODS folder.Second: Look in the readme or add to .ini files and copy what they say(example Swordfish MK.1 1936) the .ini files are located in MODS,STD,com,maddox,il2,to add plane.ru properties you open up MODS STD i18n.
Third: There should be a paintschemes folder in the downloads,add this folder to IL2,paintschemes,skins.
Fourth: Run your game and enjoy!

Seeing as you just joined the forum TODAY, an obvious question is, have you modded your IL-2 Sturmovik 1946? I.e. have you downloaded and installed one of the Mod Activators, such as the Unified Installer v1.1, for example?

Yes,I have Unified installer 1.1.
