OK folks, we have a taker for populating the map and to show how things look, here are some screenshots of a few first villages. These are by Ernie who is doing a good job on using the few oriental objects to good effect.

These are just a beginning and since the map is all land area there will still be a lot of work to do yet. But we are on the way and things are looking good.
