I am curious on how to add new aircraft to 4.09M with HSFX? I have looked and found answers but none that were complete. I know where the Air.ini, Plane.ru, and Weapons.ru are located, but where do you put the plane folder? Thank you in advance.

just make a mods folder put it in your il-2 root . add plane folders .

Tried that and it didn't work. Game crashes at 60%! Thing is these aircraft were made for 4.09M, how ever I have not been able to find out just how to add mods to 4.09M.

maybe you need to make the STD folder or what ever its called with all the paths

you just asked where to put plane folders . thats why you crashes at 60%! you did not . add to your . .Air.ini, Plane.ru, and Weapons.ru file

I have created the Mods folder in the game, then created the STD folder, and place the Com and I18N folders in the STD Folder. I placed the P-35 folder in the Mod folder, and then put the air file in the objects folder. Placed the Plane.ru and Weapons.ru in the I18N folder. I then edited the Air, Plane, and Weapons files for the P-35. When I try to load the game it crashes at 60 percent. No matter how I try it the game just will not load with the Mod folder active. Maybe I am a bit dense, but what am I doing wrong?

Ok, how to make the new airplanes which comes with 4.09 to show up into the game? I reinstal the game and put the new patch 4.09m. After that I put the sound mod and everything but I don't see the new plains. Can you guys help me somehow? Thanx in advance

all i have dun is new mods folder . copied . air ini file plane.ru file . Weapons.ru file . keep as spear . edited the files req . ie air ini file plane.ru file . Weapons.ru file just plane file in mods folder not .a new STD did not make one
