Well, maybe Mama was right after all. Sorry.

Here are a couple more pictures if you like:

If you like these here is a link more of these type of pictures in my Photobucket album:

The first 5 in the album are real pictures I took at work, to see the IL2 images just skip those. Although the real ones are pretty neat for the 3D effect, the subject may not be too appealing. I plan to make more of these in the future. They are really simple and quick to do. If there is enough interest I may try to post a tutorial on how to create these. These, except for the Malta pictures were made from the default tracks that came with the game.

Takes a little while to tune the eyes in, but it works really well....Funny to think of everyone staring cross eyed at their monitors...LMAO!

That's right, KG64_Cnopicilin. Actually, I'm at the substation located next to a power plant. We're doing some construction in this substation.

I know nothing about computers and stuff. That said, why isn't there a set of goggles or something that would allow the playing of games using 3-D images such as the pics you posted?

Yes, actually there is, however I don't think any games are made using this technique. This method uses twice as much screen area so it would be like having only half the size screen. Here is a site that shows the type of glasses that can be used with these images: http://www.anachrome.com/index.htm. I personally don't plan to get them since I can see the images fine without help.

No. I just uploaded my pictures to Photobucket. I didn't even know this type of pictures existed until mrpalaces posted his. Then it took me a minute to figure out how to view them. Afterward I did some searching and found that there are a lot of these out there.

Then, after playing around awhile with it, I figured out how to create them in IL2, it's really easy with Microsoft Paint that comes with Windows Vista. XP has a version that's different, but I haven't figured out how to paste a second picture in that one.

Here again is the link to my album: http://s804.photobucket.com/albums/yy33 ... %20images/
I plan to make some more images soon. I would like to get some inside the cockpit images if I can get the 6DoF working with the game paused.
