Well, I really dont know whats wrong, the Sm-79 has 3 engines, once you hit "i" to turn them off, they should all switch off unless you select each engine separately to shut down.

And it will be worth you trying to improve your spelling, cause I found it very hard to understand what you where saying. I maybe worth getting firefox, it has a word checker built into the system.

@macdknife:
1. Check if you have "advanced engine management" activated in the difficulty settings. Turn it off and try it again.
2. Look into your key settings. You should have a key for selecting each engine (I have them set to numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 because I don't use those keys for other purposes) and a key for engine start ("i" by default) plus a key to toggle (select/deselect) all engines ("e" in my case). If you press E to select all engines, then I for starting/stopping them, it should work.

As for your problem, IF
a) you have two of the three engines running (which would, in my experience, only be possible if you have "advanced engine management" activated) AND
b) you have "all engines" selected,
it makes perfectly sense that pressing I (start/stop engine) results in two stopped and one starting engine. I toggles the engine status. It is not like a timed light switch in a hallway where you can press the switch five times and the light still stays on Wink

If you are using "advanced engine management", you also can redefine your Keys (it's more funny and realistic)...

I'm using :

ALT+1 : Select Engine 1
ALT+2 : Select Engine 2
ALT+3 : Select Engine 3
ALT+4 : Select Engine 4

ALT+5 : Select All Engines

So you select an engine, and with the "i" key you Start/Stop it.
Do it for every engine and don't improve Gazes before you have selected all engines ;o)

It's very cool and when you are flying, you can also stop an engine if it has a problem...

MERRRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY !!!
