I am going to change my old Sidewinder Force Feed back becouse I want to update my OS to Sevn 64 bit, what could be a best cost/quality choice for a new Joystick?

I still use mine... Get a X-52 and use the throttle for it. Use the stick as a button bay. I am using an X-45.. but the same idea.. I eventually modded my X-45..

If you are on a budget, the Saitek Cyborg Evo is a good bet (~AU$100). If you have a lot more cash, the Thrustmaster Cougar plus either Saitek pedals or CH Pedals takes the cake (~AU$600). Value for money balanced with performance, then the Logitech G940 is the best option (includes joystick, throttle and pedals, plus is force-feedback). For that you are looking around AU$450.

If however your budget is normal and all you want is the best joystick for your money.
A stick that combines rudder control by twisting your joystick left to right has a hat control on the top of the joystick for all round vision, six buttons on the stick itself and a sliding throttle plus another six buttons on the joystick base for you to use with whatever other aircraft commands you wish to use

I'd avoid the twist stick if at all possible. Such controls are not natural, realistic or sensitive. By far the best option IMHO is the Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS if you can afford it, because of the realism of the feel plus the freedom to programme your preferencesthrough really effective control software. Another bonus is the solidity of the thing: everything metal! But it is certainly expensive.

THanks. Google got the translator working corretly. Last time I tried it to a russian site it just gave me some words which were not understandable.
