Gentlemen,

I just downloaded up1.8 to my 9.08 version. The ocean water scenes look terrible...large square patterns shown. I have a EVGA 8600 GT. I set it on STC3 and adjusted the water on config to 3 from 1.

Any suggestions?

UP 1.8 should go over 4.09m...is that what you mean?

Switch off that STC3 again, I tried it too and I had the same problem. If your system can handle it, try setting water to 4. Don't forget to set landscape to perfect in your video options.
