Someone slap Oleg. I gave him masses of info for which to make correct pilot models with the correct kit and he shows us this.....

I know it may be WIP, but why show it like this?

Love the vis underwater. Will make spotting submerged U-Boats interesting and watching torps run.

No, because one side is a bus lane and the other is part of the congestion charge Tongue

Mate.. chill out yourself can't you? Phillip ed had done shed loads of research for Oleg after he had requested help on the subject.. Plus we are avid collectors of RAF flying gear and know exactly what it should look like. Yes the images are great compared to IL2, no one is disputing that.. Everyone goes into a flat spin in this community if aircraft fm's are a gnats knacker out of place, let alone historical accuracy in aircrew clothing and equipment.. Confusedhock:

I'll tell you what....

They better get cracking if they are going to make the proposed deadline of September of this year. (Anniversary of BoB).
After 4yrs of broken release dates, I still say "VAPOR WARE!!!"

Every so ofter, we get some nice pics but that's about it.

I'll believe it when it's finally on the shelves.

Though I fly through the valley of death, I will fear no evil.....
For I am the meanest SOB in the valley!

Amen brother!!!

I can't say it enough, but I really feel that this irregular random updates mean only two things:
1) the works are waaaay behind schedule
2) he deliberately teases us,which I think it's the most disrespectful thing to do,especially to ol' veterans who followed this Maddox games adventure for 10 years now! Bah....

Well, I say very nice. Thanks for all the hard work, creativity, and innovations with the technical things to make this possible. I know that this required many conversations, e-mails, research, rough drafts, and so forth.

My only new suggestion is a little more weathering. For example, in the places where there is heavy pedestrian foot traffic through doorways, why not take a moment to brush a little dirt at the thresholds? I feel that doing this on the important buildings and a few others would be good enough. Smile

I know that I keep pestering your team to include birds, but one more time, okay? If you guys can get the animated, random birds into the scenes while the simulation is running, then that would blow my mind. Think about it: birds are everywhere.

Have the birds take - off from the bridge when a plane approaches.
