Ok here it is!

A few things you should remember..
1. I use a single point cap.
2. My camera and seating position may be different to yours therfore giving you different results.
3. I turned the brightness in my camera settings to the lowest so only IR lights are detected.
3. I don't know if this file has all the settings or not.
A few tips for preparing motion tracking gear.
1. If you use directional IR LEDs file of the tip of the LED so it's flat but only a bit you can still have a bit of curving further down.
2. Make sure you go into your camera settings and adjust them so the IR LED stands out and everything else is black.
3. If you follow TIP 2 every bit of filing you do check what it looks like when you point the LED directly at the camera. The purpose of filing is to lessen the 'white out' effect when you point the led directly at the camera (only happens with directional ones)
4. If you havn't taken out the IR filter on your webcam use a follow a tutorials instructions (webcam can't be used for normal purpose if this is done.)
5. I find having my LED pointing down on a 45 degree angle works better.
There are so many things that make a good setup I can't really list them all.
Main settings that I use to make sure my light is being tracked and not any interference are point size and threshold.
I might make a video tutorial on it some time.
