How do you get joystick throttle#2 to work with engine#2?
#1

I have a Saitek cyborg X.
It has two throttle levers at the base, for engine 1 and 2

In the game I managed to get throttle 1 going but the #2 is dead
There is no option in the game setup (controls) to bind engine 2 to throttle 2

I don't know how to do it. For now im stuck using 1 throttle on my joystick for both engines..
Is there a trick to get the game to detect that you have a 2-throttle joystick?

has anybody solved this problem ??

thanks for any help

you wait till easter 2010 and download and install IL2 1946 patch 4.10. currently dual throttles are not supported.

There are some other approaches to the problem with external programs.

The first I got aware of was done by Gary Edwards who created 'Throttle' and offered it to the community in the official UBI forum.
Another one came from Mikkowl and can be found here: http://allaircraftsimulations.com/forum/...hp?t=24844

Its the second time you found out something by coincidence when I made a random post here..
the first case was.. that you can indeed sink ships with gunfire.. I learned that too
this forum is quite useful

3106 posts and 2 thread misses... That's pretty well.
