I want to make a MOD of OFF (Over Flanders Fields) for IL2 and just starting work, but I don't know how to make a MOD because it's big and very hard. I want to ask you if you can help me with my first MOD and by going on this website below and you would download this torrent and then modify it as a IL2 MOD into a download, so please could you help me?

Erm...I think it's not really appreciated to post links to pirate websites, I should watch out with that. Over Flanders Fields is now in phase 3 which you can order online via http://overflandersfields.com so phase 2 is obsolete anyway. And, to make a mod out of that, don't forget that a WWI flight sim is in the make by members of this site, it's called "Canvas Knights".

There is already a major mod just like OFF but called OOF (Over Olegs Fields) or Canvas Knights.

Hey, biggles, we assume that you innocently did not realize some things.

As for me, you assumed that because I know a bunch of computer and IL-2 stuff that I am a modder expert. Actually, I only modifiy sounds, paint skins, missions, campaigns, graphics card computer code, and occassionally change numbers in the IL-2 files to suit my tastes. I have attempted to make mods, but so far have failed to create anything major.

When it comes to mods, I'm a lightweight! :lol: You put quite a smile on my face!

Isn't OFF phase-2 freeware?

I'm not sure there would be anything in OFF really worth importing to Il2 or Canvas Knights anyway. The only things we could actually use would be the aircraft models, and these would have to be adapted to Il2 standards first. However, thanks to Deutschmark we already have a huge number of WWI Il2 standard aircraft models just waiting for someone to import them into the sim, so even those would be of dubious value.

Apparently not. Nor did KG64_Cnopicilin, since he is telling him where to post his files. I didn't read a single reply that told him they were helping to do this mod. In fact, most were telling him to look at the Canvas Knights project.
