Which torrent software? In uTorrent you have to enable full speed seeding to get full speed download. If your upload limit is on, put it off. Have you allowed enough seeders to connect you?

If you haven't made any changes you should have full upload. See the "peers" tab to see how many people are there as active.
I'll seed for ya, maybe it helps a little
Hi, everyone
Just to be sure that we all know:
The weak link, so to speak, will determine the transfer speed. In other words, if philip.ed has a reliable and fast InterNet provider connection, let's say 50 mb/sec, and the Seeder has less for whatever reason, then he can get at most the weak link's transfer rate.
Added to this is the fact that the Seeder might not be aware of intermittent rate or interrupted connection because of any of a number of reasons.
Despite this, some people get fortunate and receive the whole download in just a few minutes.
The torrents will never stop until there are no more Seeders. That will be an indication that the download has no more demand.
It is generally a good idea to leave the torrent running while you sleep, both Seeds and Peers.
AVG is known to have problems with IL-2.
I find when im cheeky and dowloading stuff VIA torrent, I always find if its a popular file. It'll have a good amount of seeders, and a good download rate.
