Im sure this has been disscussed here before, but how hard would it be just to get the good stuff in a mod pak and leave the 3 gigs of skins out? ) Something clean and smooth with a landing groove

Thats easy just take them out :mrgreen:
Try it just put a ( - ) in front of the skins folder
Like this... -skins, and see if you do not get CTD.

Im thinking of creating one with just the good stuff, some of the maps, sights, tailored to multi player, keep it at 500-600 megs. Maybe get some feedback here on the best "essental" mods

I would say 80% of this I have I NEVER use at all.
