Really nice skin harpia but are you sure with the RAF roundels? The SAAF proudly used there 'own' roundel which is the same as the RAF but with orange in centre instead of red. This is often depicted wrong/not clear in profiles.
There are some exceptions known with freshly arrived/new aircraft assigned to SAAF units. The inner of the RAF roundels applied by factory were usually overpainted in the field as soon as it was possible. Regarding Hauptfleisch's who painted a very unique patriotic noseart with the south african springbok to his
kittyhawk it seems very unlikely he flew with RAF roundels.

All the best

I believe you are correct. I take the full blame, as I was the person who requested that Harpia make this skin for a special purpose. I provided him with the only Profile I could find, from Wings Palette website which is usually a very reliable/accurate source: http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/375/216/0/3 The Skin's roundel is not distinctly Orange, though it does appear reddish-orange in some lighting conditions. See the rotating acft/skin here: http://www.heinzmigeod.com/shot-down-and-captured.php

Harpia: I apologize for my mistake. Could I please request that you modify the Kittyhawk skin to show a more distinctly orange roundel center and orange on vertical stabilizer??
