Hi Guys, just wondered why i cant get Pe 8 Tu 2 or Su 2 flying in QMB, have HSFX 4.11 installed with mods folder, i have the aircraft folders installed as per normal in the mods folder (have installed quite a few now no problems) and edited the .ini files as required and still not showing in the QMB but they do show as AI......? got me a bit stumped :?: , shame, had them flying before hsfx and enjoyed flying the Pe 8 and Su 2. Have downloaded the files again and installed but still same problem. Any advise as always would be gratefully accepted.

I believe they were accidentally forgotten in the latest build of HSFX but I could be wrong.
Will ask the powers that be about it and see. I know there are a couple of other minor issues that will be fixed on the next release (after Il-2 4.10m comes out).

You have two possibilities to make them flyable now:
a) Find and install the old AAA mods for those planes in your MODS folder (you had them in your previous install)
b) Try Ultr@Pack, it has all those flyable + many other nice features

There should already have been an entry in the air.ini for those aircraft. The only thing lacking to make them flyable was a cockpit. If you added a folder for them to your MODS folder, that would need to have the required cockpit.

Check the added folder for \3do\Cockpit\ folder.
Check the path, that you have not accidentally made an unwanted subfolder.
Make sure your MODS folder is renamed without the minus sign.

Thanks guys, yeah tried just installing as stand alone still no good, checked and rechecked all .ini entries and folders? no big deal, but dont like to be defeated when the solution should be pretty simple .Bit weird but i will persist, maybe just a case not seeing the wood for the trees.

I give up, I have found more aircraft not working that were o.k. before hsfx install, not sure why but even with all .ini enteries and aircraft folders in place, still no joy, have noticed that the aircraft folders dont appear to have the plane folder with the cockpit folder, these are are AI original aircraft made flyable. The aircraft not working are ; PE 8, R 10, SB 2M 100A, SB 2M 103, SU 2, TU 2. hellllllp these are great aircraft love flying them. Have hsfx 4.11 installed, would UP 2.0 give these back to me?.

I have the R-10,SB-2M100A,SB-2M103,SU2,TU2. The only one I dont have in HSFX is the P-8.
How did you make your install ?

Have downloaded files for these aircraft but never get a plane folder in the 3do folder, as i do when i install new slot planes which install just fine, as i said earlier i had these flyable under the old AAA Mods structure but not in HSFX. Thanks for responses.
