This is very puzzling. I have a lesser system than yours and I mine does better with Fraps. There must be something that you can do.

Perhaps you should only use fraps to record a track of IL-2 instead of recording live events.


I moved this to PC Technical Help because I think that the solution is system related.

I've copied your conf.ini file and am currently going through it line by line.
So far there are several glaring errors. Least of which is that you are trying to use Nvidia extensions with an ATI card.
I'll make the necessary changes and post an updated conf.ini for you to try.
