First, yes i did do a Search. Found some posts and threads but still not clear to me how tohandle Sounds vis-a-vis HSFX.

Does anyone know what sound mods are incorporated in HSFX 4.11? Specifically, are any/most of Jafa's SoundMods in HSFX??

I have a 219MB Jafa sound mod downloaded/available to install, but don't know if it is already in HSFX or if it will conflict in any way with HSFX.

Any advice will be appreciated.

P.S. Also, the Jafa "Sound_Mod" includes just two subfolders, SOUND_JET and SOUNDS. No Readme. Would/should I place those two folders into my"jsgmemods" folder and activate with JSGME?

just drop the mod(s) into the JSGME folder and try to activate it, and it will tell you wether or not it will conflict, make sure default sounds is off too

Emmm not sure if that is correct..

JSGME will tell you if it conflicts with other mods listed in the JSGME folder.. but if the Jafa sound mod is part of a SFS file I don't think it will tell you..

Eitherway I too would like to know for sure in that I would like to use a mix of Jafa's and Tiger33s sound mods

Just I wish more people would do as I do and when they are not 100% sure..

So you are saying that you have added Jafa's and/or Tigers sounds to HSFX? Or are you using those Mods with some other version: UI 1.1 or UP2.0, etc???

I love Jafa's sound mod.. Which I am sure is included in HSFX.. Just not sure how much of it or how it is included.. I think it was put in as part of a SFS file but not positive..

But I did install Tiger33s sound mod aftewards..

Some of it I like beter some I dont..

Which is why I wish I knew more about how Jafa's sounds are installed so I could pick and choose which sounds to use..
