Darn, now what do I do?!

YaY!

Finally I made it work!

The weapon files are a real pain in the arse, they are nested or linked to different files.

But yeah, it works like a charm now. I will beging testing accuracy and let you know what I find. I will also think that all the values Oleg gave them were in meters and kilograms.

Thank you all for your support, I feel confident now with all this "testing"

If you are wondering what I did, well let me tell you that after doing every single thing I could think of, I decided to unhash all the up files, then mod them and rehash them, copy all of them again in the files dir and voila, it worked.

So I am not totally satisfied since the original files eluded me, you could say that I modded the UP files, sorta because the SC250 wasn't included there.

Well let me find out first the info I need and maybe I will come up with a "mod" but do not hold your breath.

Hello stormende

Bombsight Table 2 calculates the bombsight angle using the altitude and speed of the aircraft as parameters.

To calculate the way of the bomb down IL2 uses these parameters too, but also uses the calibre and the weight of the bomb.

I guess the SC250 compensate the difference between these calculations better than others.

If you take a look to the files Bomb.class and Ballistics.class especially the function init and updateBomb you may see what i am talking about.

I hope this helps
