Having this head wrecking problem, everytime I fly a plane my view keeps snapping to look over my right shoulder and I haven't pressed a single button! AAAGGHH!

Anyone any suggestions?

Assuming you aren't using a head-tracking device, open up conf.ini, and ensure that trackiruse=0 - this is the usual cause of the problem.
