Hi there, i'm back again...

How to turn off blood & gore in The Saboteur for the PC? It's one of the best games in the world, but I only don't like blood and such. :OO

I believe i'ts done with some kind of patch or mod, but I cannot find it.
in this trailer ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvuB9CJr-HI ) are a few scenes where you can't see blood when he (Sean)is hittin' or shootin' someone.

If I am reading the forums right the game is quite new so it does not have a modding community yet. Have you checked the config files for things like blood=1 or such?

Well I can't really help you, since I don' own the game, but have you tried the in-game options, something like "parental control" around there?
Those kind of games usually have it, nowadays.

But, hey, I've never heard of that title before! While it's the well known "slay-those-evil-German-bastards" all over again, it looks mighty nice!
Why do you want to turn down the effects - I didn't look to bloody in the video you posted?

@Bearkiller72: Sad enough there isn't somethin' like a parental control. there are almost no options to turn off or on.

@KG64_Cnopicilin: This is a tipical EA game, so it means the files I can find are very complicated and hard-to-extract, like .dds or .fxa.

I will try to find a program like SFS extractor.
