for any of you who havent load up il-2 on steam yet there is a new patch. the results of this is (on my pc) an increase of about 40fps over sea and 20fps over land. also most of the stuttering in the control surfaces of the planes has been rectified. this game is absolutely awsome now that i can play it at high. i never realised how good the graphics could be and how fast you can play the game on a medium pc.

Oleg and 1c i am soo thankful for this update. anyone who hasnt updated yet, what are you waiting for. do it. the results are amazing!!!!

Also a lot of the damage decals and damage models as well as the physics for the damage models has been made to perfection in the update. updates include patchs for the G.50 He-111 Ju-87 stuka and many more.

I won't get the game here in the US for another 3 weeks,so can you tell me how/where to get the patch ,or is it an automatic kind of thing when I activate the game as in Rise of Flight???
BTW Have you tried any of the other Luftwaffe planes yet? Screenshots? hock:

As it is on Steam it updates automatically when ever a new patch comes out.

When I get the sim...I'll have my first exparience with the much vaunted(?) STEAM....( sounds like a villian in Batman...) :wink:
