Does the "request wind" radio command work? I put wind into a dogfight mission and the call is still reporting zero as the wind.
(V4.12.2 HSFX 7.0.1)
Wind is 090 degrees at 4.4m/s

Hmmm good question.

I use VOC to turn my voice into commands, and I noticed that a map I made in HSFX6 but that I'm playing in now HSFX7 doesn't read the commands correctly.

Have you tried Ground Control Turn on Runway lights yet?

It works if the correct lights are placed along a paved runway. I don't think it works for grass strips or dirt runways.
