Would love to dive on those tank with some bombs!!!!

Bit hazy? Was it dawn or dusk? Or just the fog of war?

Will there be more rivet detail on the tank skins and shadows cast, at least on the ground, in the final version?
It would be nice to see the unditching beam included on top of the tank or even maybe the odd facine.

@ asheshouse, as for skin detail if someone not happy with it they can
Repaint it as each vehicle comes with a unlimited skins folder.
As for shadow casting the CK team mission maker had them turnd off
When he took them, but you can look here and just about any of the
Other photos and see shadow casting and dynamic shadows that is
Already in game.

do the treads move?
Reply

Yes and No, yes treads can move in VSF and in CK but making each
Tread link puts it way over its ploy and group limit for online use in CK.
I will give you a example I have a Mark 5 with treads moving and this
One without, the one without gets 60 to 70 FPS on my low end PC that I
Test on, the one with treads moving gets 10 to 15 FPS on the same PC.

Would an animated texture alleviate that problem? I don't know if that's possible but any visual trick that works is worth considering.

The module is not in the sim for animated textures and I don't think the developer
Is going to write the code for a module for animated textures just for a tank or two
If it was to have a wider use in the sim then am sure he would, I have asked for it
Before and the idea has been put aside for other more needed things, well see
What comes of it.
