Hi Folks,
I've been working quite a while now to update my map to UP3 RC4. Also with the textures I wasn't satisfied. I searched some time and I think I found a fairly good mixture.
As well I had an inspiration. During the building of the airfields, I noticed that around 60% of the quarters of the personnel are outside of the airport, -field, or rather near a village or edge of town. Thereupon I put a ground plate and 4 spawn (stay) points near the quarters. Then I just choose the “Kubelwagen” (Kübelwagen) at the home-base. With the Kubelwagen I drove to the airfield and latched(?) the home-base of the airfield and sat in my plane.
It is a flight-simulation but in my humble opinion a little variety does no harm. If UP3 RC4 makes it possible, why we shouldn't use it? Only than are the size of the airfields really notable, when you drive along.
Here's a picture to show you what I mean:
I took a few short videos (nrtk) of a few airfields. Please indulge me, my way of driving is a bit...
Here is the link. Please unzip and copy the file in your “records” folder. Feedback is very welcome.

P.S. Klaus asked me to help him to translate his German text into English.
Hopefully I did it somehow understandable? Jambo
