Does anybody has verified, working tool for decomposing map_T.tga files ?
Some time ago it was offered , but it did not worked for my files, and the author is not available.

The question is how it works? First you must save your map_T.tga file in photoshop or other photo editing software as .bmp file. I used photoshop
you must use these option in photoshops BMP options window:
File format: windows
Depth: 8 bit
And save it as map_T.bmp then you have to open this map_T.bmp in paint.exe and save it again as 24 bits bmp file like map_T2.bmp.
Then you do as the author described in viewme.jpg in dec.rar

But is not better to change it to RGB color?, and save it as 24 bits bmp file.

Well, i tried that way first, but it didn't work for me, the reproduced bmp files were still unreadable!
