V-1 missile in QMB
#1

Is it possible to add V-1 to AI planes in Quick Mission Builder. It would be great to jump into a
Spit, Tempest or Mustang and shoot them down just for relaxation after heavy day in work

BTW Happy New Year for Everyone !

You've been able to do that for a long time. Just make a dogfight map and it's under artillery or something..can't remember for sure. You are able to give it a target (it isn't real accurate) and set how often a bomb should be launched. It's a hell of a lot of fun chasing them down and trying to tip them with your wing instead of shooting them.

EDIT NEVERMIND - the QMB part didn't click for me...sorry.

Well in case anybody was wondering if you can do this in a DF map, you can.

ok wing tipping doesn't really work cos you don't create turbulance for things behind you in this game if you get what i mean. So you can fly right up to another aircraft and not get turbulance in the same way the rocket won't get any so impossible to tip. Touching it lightly will rip your wing off so i don't recommend that. If you shoot it slightly only a bit it should get a hole in the wing and start spinning to the ground. Just remember to keep your distance....

I believe it is under Rockets in Full Mission Builder

Actually you can tip the V-1. Check out the relevant track with the Mustang.

yes you can, but there are certain settings you have to turn off in the difficulties section.. Raptor is absolutely correct, turbulence around, over or under the wing is not modelled in the game..
In real life, any aircraft that 'tipped' a V1 didn't actualy touch it with his wingtip..lol!
They had to get close enough under the V1's wing to disturb. or interrupt the airflow so as to disrupt the gyros and throw it off it's course..
This just isn't modelled in game, and so you have to actualy flip the V1 by touching wingtips.. With full real selected on the difficulties section this normaly means fatal damage to your aircraft..
Alter the difficulty section to allow you to collide with something and not explode.. Then you will be able to get a truer representation of 'tipping'..
