This thread is about the gunners in the new cockpit planes. They work niclt however as a fighter pilot i have noticed that it is realy hard/immposible?, to kill them.
Has anyone tested this? are the gunners in the new AI planes killable?
Can't say I have notice this, last time I was flying a fighter/heave the gunners where dieing or being wounded.
So out of interest when did you notice this, what version of the Sound Mod are you running, if you where online what server you where playing in and what plane where you attacking at the time?
no the gunners work fine we did a test and i killed them all easily. The one problem is we can't see them shooting well the enemy can't see them shooting then can only feel themself getting hit.
Just bin on AAA and had a problem with the Blenheim mk4 gunner, at the start of my flight i could use the gunner but on the way home i engaged a A20 C, my AI gunner turned 360 and started firing at him (I know the Blenheim mk4 gunner can do that but it was like a aim bot lol) after a bit he was in flames and I was a bit beat up from his lower gunner, some one else was in the area so put the plan on level flight and tried to switch to the gunner but couldn't, could switch to the bomb sight but not the gunner but he was still alive and shooting.
Landed and hit refly, was back in the Blenheim mk4 and could use the gunner, going to run some tests because I found another bug with the FW200 but thats not todo with the gunners.
