Nice JA pilot model how to get it?
#1

Hello to all... Is it possible somehow to get this absolutely nice Japan young pilot model with sword and great helmet with goggles to have as your Japan pilot skin?

I mean to have it as a normal 256x256 bmp file to make your own JA pilot skins?

Mangas.

Indeed, that's a good idea. I think the pilot model in general needs an overhaul.

No proper german, english, french headgear for example.

But how to get it as .bmp?

This is a different 3D model (with higher polygon count) than the one in the cockpits and you can't use it as a pilot :?
I don't even think it has any lower body or legs either...
I you want better looking (and 100% historically accurate) IJN pilots check out my pack at
Paul Lowengrin's DCG site:

Also I've uploaded a single IAAF pilot at Flying Legents:

To elephant: I adore your pilot skins and have them all and always put them on in Campaigns...
Thank you again for them...
But as for that Ja model: I think it has legs as the USAAF guy who substles your skin after touching the water... But is there any way to get those models for editing?
I truly think there also is a way to edit the pilot in the cockpit low poly model...(For example, to add polygons to it in 3DSMax)...
I'd try this (I even have the 3DSMax & Maya & Zbrush & Modo 201 installed), but I'm newbie here and can't get my hands on game resorce files yet...

If you can find a way to import/export .msh files with an editor this entire community will be forever in your debt. see - (The link is inoperative)
