I'm posting it here since it's more than just textures, there's some mat editing involved as well so I'm calling it a mod - I hope it's OK.
The mod will give all Bf109's and Fw190's historically correct wheels and wheeldiscs. The mat files I've edited enables more options. Earlier there were only two kinds of wheels for 109's, now there's four. (See screenshots below)
Get the mod here: http://www.cptfarrels.com/Tiremod/farrelswheels.rar
Extract it to your IL-2 Sturmovik folder and that's it! (If you have mod-activator and all that which I assume you do... )
This mod only edits the matfiles that contains informaion about the wheels and add new textures, notihing else.
I'm still not sure about the rules for posting mods here so if there's anything wrong please let me know!
UPDATE
I've now made an additional download for those who wish to have whitewall tires on anything between the bf109E-4 and G-2. Download and extract to your IL-2 directory. You can remove the whitewall tires from each individual model by renaming the corresponding directory in the \farrelswheels\3do\plane\ directory. (E-4 to G-2 only, don't mess with later models ) If you rename the Bf-109F-4 folder for example, then it will revert to using my original modded spoked wheels.

UPDATE 2
Due to popular demand I've made a quick mod for the Ju88 wheels as well. I combined a 109 disc and the hub from a Fw190 wheel and it looks quite allright, at least better than the original! The mapping is crap though so it's hard to make a nice tire. Unrar to the main IL-2 folder. If you have my other wheelmods, this one will end up in the same folder and there won't be any conflicts. It works as a standalone as well.

Update 3
I've made another update, this one adds red wheeldiscs to the Bf109G-6/AS as requested. Get it here: http://www.cptfarrels.com/Tiremod/Farre ... 20G6AS.rar
As they go into the same folder as the main patch you can switch between red and black disc simple by reinstalling the G-6/AS mod or the original mod.
