Here are two that I know about, I don't know if this is what you are looking for. These are for mods I believe. If you don't mind non-modded missions, campaigns, etc... try the lower link to M4T. I do not know if they will work with mods. Worth a look though.

You can also try making your own in the FMB. There is also CrazySchmitz's new mod version of Mission Mate+Plus. This is a great program.

Not sure there are gunships involved but it does use new maps ...also a nifty storyline & use of many new elements...Thanks!
