Operation Encore- missions for Alpine Map by Zip Zapp
#1

Operation Encore is a series of 9 semi-historical missions written for ZipZapp's Alpine map. You will be flying P-47D-27s as part of the 22nd Tactical Air Wing under the command of General Mark W. Clark of the U.S. Army, Commander Allied Forces in Italy. In these missions, you are from the Brazilian Expeditionary Force.

Note that this needs a pretty robust machine because of the map size and number of objects in it.

Thanks FabianFred- I did heed your call, though mission building is not my forte, but history is. Kinda wanted to give something back at least.

Let me know what you think and thanks-

Great! I just flew the first mission, well, seems to be a cosy ferry flight and i was even ready for landing ... many thanks! I will also try to solve the airport issues, did not considered the limitid skills of the AI'S.

Thanks ZipZapp 8) Yes that was my intention to lull one into the ferry flight milk run only to encounter a surprise. Well there are a couple of those throughout.

It was fun making them and made me appreciate the P-47's abilities more Big Grin

Thanks for the feedback! Enjoying your map.

Cheers

Thanks Skarden!

If anyone would be interested in doing a review once you're done with them, I'd appreciate it. That would give me feedback for when I would try to do another mission pack. After immersing myself in the details, it is difficult for me to actually play these without some bias, and obviously I want to know what other people think.

Thanks and glad that people seem to be enjoying them so far 8)

Cheers
