Right click the picture and choose "Set as Desktop Background". If the picture is too small you may need to resize it first. Right click as "Save As" to a convenient place then open it in irfan or any decent image program. You should be able to save it as your desktop background from inside the program. Otherwise save it to your desktop, right-click that image and set it as your desktop.
