Hey all

After about 4 weeks of hard work, I am proud to share this pack with you.
After doing my crappy bomb effects pack, I thought, people make smoke engine mods, flak mods.
Why not make everything myself and post it as pack?

1)The first thing I've upgraded are bombs.
I think they won't cause epic FPS drop. I can take 10x2000lb bombs at one time and no fps drop.
Size is increased. Normall bomb mushroom is bigger, added sparks and shockwave.
The heavy bombs are bigger than the other, shockwave moves slowly and is bigger. Added sparks.
Small bombs and rockets - sparks, fire ball and small ammount of smoke.
Finally those rockets on Me-262 does not lag. Atleast me

And now the thing that was hardest. FaB 5000. After relasing TAC nuke, people told me to make it realistic. I've tried. The initial explosion starts with condensation shockwave, then you can see big fire ball with black smoke, and slowly expanding grey shockwave.

2) Plane damage particles.
It includes all the smokes, trails, fires and stuff.
Engine fire is long, yellow and hot. Many hardcore reality gamers won't like it, but fire smoke is black.
However, it is short and does not cause smoke blobs which usually lag. NO LAG HERE.
Also adds white stems from engines when shot, and brown/red oil burn smoke.




3) Jets. Added 3D engine smoke.
There is still the old 2D trail, but half of the trail covers grey 3D smoke. No lag.


4) Bullet impacts.
Custom bullet impacts over ground and custom flash+smoke+ hit effects for bullets hitting planes.
Quick flashes+white 8 second life time smoke.
Also added sparks, when a cannon hits a plane.

5) Anti Aircraft Artillery ( 88mm, 25mm) explosions.
Custom, maybe not good as Buffy's, but in my opinion worth sharing.

6)My own grey curving bullet trail :3

READ THIS!!!
Before installing, make sure you have disabled EVERY mod that modifies bomb explosions, bullet trails, plane smoke, fire, or Buffy's Flak mod.
This mod will override them, but can also cause problems.

Bombs explosions look good.
Damage smoke, in my opinion, don't look so good. They are just too much. They need to be more difuse, color and concentration.
Jet trails need to be more difuse, same as damage smoke.


Note: about GFX "lag", i'm sorry but it will increase, you're using way more particles than the default 2 strips of textures for smoke trails.
Unless you have a powerfull PC, it will hurt your frames per second.

I like the bomb effect, but when I get hit by flak my time compression doesn't work anymore :???:
When I speed time up the plane keeps moving just as fast as normal time, the effects do go faster, water goes faster, bullets go faster, but planes don't
if I fly with 8X speed and a enemy plane shoots me, the bullets are exptremely fast and the rip me apart in no time hock: :lol:
This all starts when there is a flak, with this mod :???: :-? .
