we are on our way but it will take some time anyway. We are collecting data and preparing the basic map...

This looks like a wonderful choice of geography. With this map we'll be able to help reduce Belchite and Fuentes del Ebro to ruins and maybe even fly over the front lines above Zaragoza and strafe the trenches where George Orwell once served in the Monegros hills ...

as shown bellow, we are already sketching map data pieces. The final size of the map is really large, I must say, but it is worth it.
One major concern is bridge interferance, the fact that bridges must be at 0 level is an important setback.

Looks very impressive already. Just hope it won't be too large in size, since the large maps like zip_Alpen and zip_Islands cause the game to crash on my system. And it's a quadcore with 4gig of ram even ... so people with a single core and les ram might be bound for difficulties.

Hope not since a Spain map is a thing I have been wishing for for so long.

And it looks like there are lots of mountainous areas. Wonderful. Nothing beats flying near mountain sides and through river canyons.

I hope we can manage it, by simplifying as much as possible. There exists, as an ultimate method, a possible cut down and create a light or smaller version. We'll see, thank you agracier
