Every now and then it's fun to see which planes you almost never fly or use in the game.

I noticed the Pe-8, which ought to be an interesting plane to use as a basis for hacks as well. It seems however that I have only old, 512x512 skins for this plane, nothing larger, which does make a bit of difference graphically, when using the plane in the game.

Nor can i seem to find a template for this plane either, not on any of the usual sites.

So my question is: does anyone know where a Pe-8 template can be downloaded, or if they have one, if someone would be willing to share it perhaps?

There is a very old template at Pavlac's site: 512x512, fuselage and wing are compressed on skin, but with some work it's useful.. 8)

it really is a shame that its not yet possible to use hi res skins on the pe-8
