It works without any problem in patch 4.10

To install these, extract and transport ships in MODS.Then archieships folder, read text files to see what needs to be added to the ship .... they head, and stationary.ini technics_ru.properties files should be placed in the MODS \ STD \ com \ Maddox \ il2 \ objects and equipment should be set in the MODS \ STD \ i18n
