There is just such a map in this download.

The maps are however in the stage of startups - that means with just one texture assigned, no roads, airfields or towns ... they are just maps that are in the very beginning of being developed.

But they are useful for getting a feel of the terrain and distances and other things that are difficult to asses without being able to fly around in a landscape.

It was meant to be a joke. as in, "never mind, beggars can't be choosers, eh?"

It's an english saying: beggars cannot be choosers. As in if you've been given something, even if it's not quite right, or not what you'd had in mind, you should be grateful anyway with what you've got, because at least you've got something, even if it wasn't quite what you were hoping for.

my appologies that you took it as an insult.

Not that i know ... it's best and probably far easier to start from zero and make a whole new map.Making a map up to the point of populating it with objects for towns, villages, bases and other things is not that long a job.

Populating is a long and time-consuming job.

Stitching 2 maps together is something I'm not even sure can be done at all ...

How about making a new map and copy the object file ( don't know what file it is) and insert it to the new map and just edit the new object for the missing parts???

I still don't think it works that way.

And besides, neither the Andalucia nor the Marueccos map is anything near finished completion. Kapteeni, who is doing the populating of objects, figures on autumn being the completion date, approximately.

Hehehe! The first couple of times I saw this thread, I thought it was a request for a certain series of house objects to be placed on the Gibraltar map as a "street".

Sometimes, it takes me a while to understand stuff..... Even simple stuff.
