Try with EnableResize=1 and/or FullScreen=0 . Sometimes those settings in different combinations work for me (1280x1024), otherwise I also get the top/bottom black bars.
Just tried what you said but it not seems to work. I can't believe that there is no way to play the game in 1920x1200. It has something to do with the aspect ratio. I'll tried almost everything but i am out of luck.

Thanks for both configs but it's still not working. I still got those two black parts on the left and the right.
I am working on a Dell 24" 2405 FPW and i think it's 16:10 instead of 16:9. I am not sure about that.

Thats real strange, both EnableResize & SaveAspect are set to 0 in your config so it should work.
Setting FullScreen to 0 didn't work either :?:
Only other thing I can think of is setting the resolution lower, like 1600 x 1200 and see what happens.
I'm using a Dell 2407, like your 2405 its 16:10 which is correct with 1920x1200. 16:9 is mainly LCD/plasma TV resolutions ie Full HD
1600 x 1200 is a 4:3 non-widescreen resolution which is what would give you the black side bars.
I assume you aren't doing anything with il2setup.exe before you go into the game as this will only deal with 4:3 aspect (ie non-widescreen) screen ratios, so may be resetting the conf.ini (which is what it sets up) to the nearest 4:3 ratio, which would probably be 1600 x 1200.
Just make 1920 x 1200 changes in you conf.ini, save it, and then start the game (using il2fb.exe). Sorry if this sounds like the ******* obvious, just trying to eliminate anything else you may be doing inadvertently. :wink:
Sorry ment to say if you try it in a lower resolution make shore you have fall screen turned off (FullScreen=0)
One consideration here is that with the setup I listed above, the screen will be full when you are flying. However, menus and briefings will still have the side bars.

MAKE SURE that the resolutions you put in are the same are the resolution your screen is set to in your dispay properties tab in windows.
Now, THIS is very imprtant: Is your screen in full screen mode (without the black bars at the side) WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY FLYING?
Bacause, your GUI will still always be in 4:3. The resolution you set up in your config.ini only kicks in when you fly.
DrawIfNotFocused=1
This works on my Samsung 24", only resolution it lets me use, otherwise you get warning that it's not correct res. Hope this helps.
