Well, it's still a very early WIP, but little by little I'm trying to make a Bulgarian voice-pack. Right now I'm searching for voice-actors and I'm writing "the script" but I need some advice from the folks who have already made some excellent (British, Jugoslav, Italian etc.) packs -
1. What's the best/easiest program to work with (currently I use Audacity), and what's the required output format (so formm of .wav, I presume?).
2.What are the best filters to use to simulate radio distortion (right now I use high/low amplifcation with clipping, high/low pass filter and a custom mic click I've made; it's decent, but not to the quality I'd like).
3. Is more better? I mean like in the British voice-pack, where there's actuall dialogue rather than a few one-liners stiched together.
Lastlly, to the general community - how many of you use the inflight radio randomiser?
