anyone know of where i can get a v sync emulator so i can set my FPS to 40 or 60 to help with some tearing i'm having with prop textures?
seems like a useful thing to have, but my hardware doesn't offer it. I know some software/games that include it so i know it something that could be emulated i just haven't found anything like that outside of a game.
