I am searching for Missions or Mission-templates with full filled airfields,
starting and landing Aircrafts,moving vehicles,men working on standing Aircraft,
Authentic buildings,Hangars and so on.

If you go to Mission4Today and look in Mission templates:

you should be able to find quite a few with very detailed airfields ...
