Is this a clear indication of what 1C prefers for it's simulations into the future? Are we integrated with them in our thinking? What are the technical benefits of such integration?

Be sure to do research and shop carefully for your PC components. A leader in processing speed out the box can lose it's lead when overclocked. Only advanced PC owners should attempt overclocking. Liquid cooling is the best. Consult your manufacturer specifications for information.
I personally will continue to examin these issues. My next gaming PC purchase will likely be after the release of the Storm of War series, coming in a few months. The release of SoW will influence my choice of API for graphics.
